Chris is a graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA. He is a veteran of over 25 years in the restaurant industry. He created two restaurant concepts: Joe's Crab Shack in 1991 and King Fish Market in 1996. Both concepts went on to enjoy great success. Chris also has extensive experience in the field of construction, building three restaurants for himself. He also started and sold a homebuilding company, developing the Sablechase subdivision in North Houston. Chris' dedication to detail is what sets King Builders USA apart from the competition.

Brooks is a graduate of The University of St. Thomas. He has managed commercial construction projects for 17 years, in 20 states. Brooks has construction experience in the retail, restaurant, office space, health care, hotel, residential, and telecommunications sectors. Brooks has managed projects for Chase Bank, BP, Morgan Stanley, Stage Stores, Landry's, Intrawest Resorts, Sheraton, Bed Bath & Beyond, OfficeMax, Auld Dubliner Irish Pubs, among others. In addition to construction, Brooks co-founded Houston Video Management - the first Blockbuster Video Licensee, which was later sold back to Blockbuster.

After spending 2 years at the University of Texas, Hal entered the commercial construction field working at Coley Properties in Houston. Hal designed, built, managed, and sold office and retail properties. He went on to work for an asset acquisition and recondition management company based in Austin where he specialized in renovating and managing office and multifamily developments. After 18 successful years, Hal moved back to Houston to work on projects including the total renovation of The Sheraton Hotel IAH and the Oak Island Restoration Initiative. His 30+ years in construction management and asset enhancement give him a unique perspective found to be beneficial to clients of all business backgrounds.

Perry is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a BA. He has supervised large scale commercial and residential projects, including all phases from demolition to occupancy. Perry brings a hard work ethic cultivated in the oil fields of Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, and brings this work ethic to every project and job site. In addition, he has over 15 years of management experience, including overseeing a 26 state territory. Responsibilities during this span included build-out and installations for major retailers including Walmart, Kroger and Safeway.
